Mark has 20 years’ experience as a people manager and 30 years’ experience working with organisations ranging in size from a few people through to many thousands located nationally and internationally. He has been directly involved in most aspects of employment, from designing roles, recruiting teams and developing staff, through to managing underperformance, investigating workplace misconduct and termination.
Mark has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology, a Diploma in Law from the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. Mark is also a member of the Law Society of NSW. In the workplace Mark enjoys solving problems, bringing parties to consensus, and achieving a high degree of client satisfaction.
