Alison Freeman, Solicitor

Alison is an employment lawyer with experience with workplace investigations, drafting employment contracts, and supporting clients through workplace restructures. She also has experience assisting employers manage performance and disciplinary issues, as well as being involved in defending Fair Work Commission claims.

Prior to becoming a solicitor, Alison was a Chartered Accountant, gaining over ten years’ experience in the financial services industry. Alison commenced her accounting career with Deloitte, before moving into Finance, Product Management and Marketing roles at Westpac. Alison’s prior experience as a people leader, and her commercial background, provides her with valuable insight and experience to assist clients with their employment law matters and minimise their legal risks associated with human resource management.
