Invitation to an Evening Round-Table
You are invited to join us for an interactive forum on the issue of:
‘How to handle your employee complaints and grievances.’
In our free interactive Round-Table discussion we will work through a variety of different questions and scenarios submitted on the night by guests. We will workshop solutions to various problems designed to minimise the impact of grievances in a legally compliant manner, including how to move forward once the complaint or grievance has been resolved.
The discussion will be lively as we will be working through a set of real life scenarios, questions or hypotheticals. We invite you to submit your scenario or question in advance if you wish to remain anonymous and in order for it to be cleared for use in a public discussion.
The Round-table will be led by our panel of experts including the specialist employment solicitors from PCC Lawyers, as well as some distinguished People and Culture Professionals and Business Entrepreneurs within our network. The session will be live-streamed to some of our clients who are not based in Sydney, who will join the discussion via instant messaging.
Drinks and canapés will be served, and this is a great opportunity to meet, network and socialise with like-minded business professionals.
