Jennifer Sant, Director
Jenny Sant is a lawyer with ten years experience in top end legal and executive recruitment. Formerly a director of a leading Australian recruitment company, Jenny is known for her targeted approach when advising major corporations on senior executive appointments, out placement, remuneration issues and strategic employment solutions. She is recognised for her commercial, results orientated approach in negotiations and facilitating change.
Prior to working in executive recruitment, Jenny practised law for several years with a major national firm and edited a leading Australian publication on recruitment and termination issues.
Jenny has particular expertise in advising clients in relation to legal and commercial issues arising from the recruitment and termination of senior executives and employees, HR and general employment law advice, workplace investigations and strategic planning.
