PCC Lawyers' team have experience in conducting investigations in response to workplace incidents including the investigation of employee grievances and harassment complaints. As lawyers, PCC Lawyers' team have an excellent understanding not only of procedural fairness but of the differing and at times competing legal obligations facing an organisation when an incident occurs or a complaint is made.

PCC Lawyers provide an independent, confidential investigation service. The process will frequently include interviewing impacted employees, conciliation and mediation, advice on the management of confidentiality issues and providing management with a suggested way forward.
