We provide, for a number of small to medium sized businesses, many of the services offered by the human resources team in a large company whilst at the same time providing quality employment law advice when needed. We only provide this service to a select number of clients to ensure that we can develop a thorough knowledge of the business and a close working relationship with management. Clients can choose to engage us on an ongoing cost effective retainer or to use us when and if issues arise.
We conduct monthly briefings for clients in relation to developments in employment law and strategies for optimizing business performance whilst ensuring compliance with awards and legislation.
